Relations with Uganda

The Mission in Nairobi is accredited on a non-residential basis to the Republic of Uganda. The relations between Malawi and Uganda remain warm, strong and enduring. The two countries have a lasting collaboration within the continental and global forums, supporting each other's positions and candidatures,m are adequately healthy. Uganda has been a major destination for study and learning tours by Malawian Ministries, Agencies and Departments (MDAs). A significant number of Malawians are living, working and studying at various Ugandan tertiary institutions.
