Relations with Israel

Malawi enjoys robust relations with Israel which date back to 1964.The two countries have maintained continuous diplomatic representation between them. Malawi and Israel collaborate and cooperate within the United Nations system. The two countries have signed a memorandum of understanding on technical cooperation encompassing several sectors, including education, agriculture and irrigation.
