Malawi takes over as Chair of SADC Council of Ministers
Hon. Eisenhower Mkaka, M.P., Minister of Foreign of the Republic of Malawi took over as Chair of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Council of Ministers from Hon. Veronica Nataniel Macamo Dlhovo, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. This was during the on-going 41st SADC Heads of State and Government being held from 9-19 August 2021.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Eisenhower Mkaka, M.P., paid tribute to Hon. Verónica Nataniel Macamo Dlhovo, and pledged to sustain standards set by his predecessor but also ensure continuity of the implementation of Council decisions as well as SADC programmes and projects.
