His Excellency Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera Transit Through Kenya

On Sunday 1st August, 2021 His Excellency Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera, President of the Republic of Malawi, and the First Lady, Madam Monica Chakwera, stopped by Nairobi whilst in transit to Malawi from the UK where The President attended the Global Partnership for Education Summit (GPE), at the invitation of Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya. During the layover, the President was received by Mrs. Agrina Mussa, High Commissioner of the Republic of Malawi to Kenya, members of diplomatic staff from the High Commission and representatives of the Association of Malawians in Kenya (AMAKE).
